How We Collect Data:
Personal information is collected when you fill out forms on our website, book services via Calendly, sign up to our waitlist via Mailerlite, or process a payment via Stripe. Personal data may also be collected when you upload preparation materials or participate in a recorded coaching session.
Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. Usage Data may include information such as your device’s IP address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service or when you access the Service by or through a mobile device.

We use Cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and store certain information. Tracking technologies used are beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze our Service.

Session recordings
Where a client selects a recorded-session option, the session recording may contain the client’s image, voice, performance, statements and any materials presented during the session. It may also contain Shereen Walker’s image, voice, questions, observations and coaching contributions.
The recording is created and processed for the purpose of delivering the purchased service and providing the client with a private copy for personal review, rehearsal and reflection. It will not be used for advertising, promotional content, testimonials, social media or any other marketing purpose without separate, specific written consent and any necessary permission from the relevant rights holders.
The client’s private recording will normally be made available within 24 hours of the completed session. Shereen Walker’s hosted copy will be retained for up to 14 days after delivery and will then be deleted from the active delivery system. The client is responsible for downloading and securely retaining any copy they wish to keep.
Where separate marketing permission is granted, an agreed extract may be retained for the period and purposes stated in the signed consent and licence. Marketing consent may be withdrawn by contacting Shereen Walker, although withdrawal will not affect uses that took place lawfully before it was withdrawn.

- Mailerlite (email communications and waitlist management)
- Other Service Providers we use to deliver, analyze, and improve the Service
We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
We may share your data in the event of business transfers, to comply with the law, or with your explicit consent.

We will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy and as required by law (including HMRC requirements for record keeping).

Children’s personal data
Some coaching services are available to children and young people when booked by a parent or legal guardian. For these services, we may collect limited information about the child, including their name, age, audition materials and audio or video footage required to provide the booked service.
The parent or legal guardian making the booking must have authority to provide this information and must remain present where required by the relevant service.
Children’s information is used only to administer and deliver the booked service, maintain appropriate safeguarding records where necessary and comply with legal obligations. It is not used for marketing or published without separate, specific written permission.
Session recordings and self-tape footage are retained and deleted in accordance with the retention period stated in the Booking Policy.
