This is acting coaching — but with you in mind. We honour the character, yes, but we lead with your truth. We co-create a performance rooted in sincerity, integrity, and craft. Whether it's for screen, stage, or commercial, this is your sacred rehearsal room.
For emotional availability sessions, getting to that place can be exposing and feel unsafe, I will provide you a creative safe space.
If it's a comedy we're fleshing out, I did sitcom training in Los Angeles. Let's identify your archetype, finesse that timing, and hold nothing back. There's reasoning behind the funny, let's unearth it together.
An hour session of script analysis, character development and emotional availability access (if necessary). Please include notes when booking.
For narrative commercials mainly, the commercial world is a different style. Let's find the beats and create that "real" yet commercial reality. Tape reading is included in the session, there's no need to book separately.
**Family coaching sessions are available via enquiry**
The same as the hour session, but followed by a 20 min tape reading. There is a 10min break to give room to process the work, collect any final character accessories, then record the tape. Any additional time is charged at the standard rate of £15/20min.

A tailor-made character intensive designed to uncover the emotional truth beneath the role.
Before we meet, I read your script and prepare questions shaped around your character’s journey, relationships and key motivations. During the 50-minute immersive session, your character attends a therapy-style conversation with me—giving you space to investigate what they want, what they fear, what they avoid and what may be driving them beneath the surface.
I gently ask the hard, soul-revealing questions that help expose hidden layers, clarify the character arc and deepen your connection to the role.
