Titles you'll recognise — carer, actress, agent's assistant. But “ashram”? That's what I became to a friend on an unforgettable trip to India. What ties those roles together is this: I see people.

I used drama in school as a form of escapism. As a young carer, performing gave me breathing room — permission to imagine, play, be someone else for a moment. Fast forward, I discovered acting is a place where truth, healing, and storytelling collided — and I love it!  

I spent three sun-soaked years in Los Angeles (hello, General American accent!), over 10 years in the industry I have gained experience on camera, behind it, and at an agency desk. But what I’m most proud of is this: the refuge I create in sessions. A "safe space," as several clients call it, where they feel seen, heard, and sharpened (and yes, sometimes that haven leads to a five-figure commercial booking).

Faith is part of my palette. Kingdom-centred encouragement is on tap when you ask, and a faith-led lens is ready whenever you invite it in. If spiritual language isn’t your thing, we simply keep the focus on craft and connection. Either way, I create an environment where head-knowledge and heart-work can meet.

I'm an ENFJ-A — equal parts empathy, enthusiasm, and hands-flying storytelling, intuitive and wired for encouragement. Coaching isn't just something I do. It's who I am. 

Off duty? I chase small wonders: dawn birdsong, the moon on a cloudless night, and taro bubble tea (original tapioca, obviously). My favourite medicine is laughter, and I delight in the rain.
