Booking Policy

Thank you for booking a session. Please read this policy carefully as it outlines the terms and conditions of your booking.

1. Booking Confirmation
Your appointment is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed via Calendly and Stripe. You will receive an email confirmation with the date and time of your session.

2. Cancellations
You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund.                                                  Short Notice Bookings: For bookings made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.

3. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time using the reschedule link in your confirmation email. Reschedule requests within 24 hours cannot be guaranteed.

4. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will end at the scheduled time to respect other clients. Sessions cannot be extended due to late arrival.

5. Refunds
Refunds are not provided for completed sessions. If you have concerns about your experience, please contact me within 48 hours of your session.

6. No Shows
If you do not attend your scheduled session and have not cancelled or rescheduled, the booking will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

8. Provider Cancellations
In the rare event that I must cancel your session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:

The option to reschedule at a mutually convenient time, or

A full refund if rescheduling is not possible.
